Jo-Ann Svensson is a Certified ARC (A Return to Consciousness) Health Practitioner an ARC Instructor and a director for The ARC Institute.  Using a combination of energy work, mindfulness, creative journeying and body-based dialogue, Jo-Ann helps people come into recovery from past and present hurts whether these events are emotional, physical or spiritual. She has been in practice since 2000, three of those years on contract with Vancouver Coastal Health where she researched the effectiveness of ARC Bodywork with people in early recovery from a substance abuse. Jo-Ann is a published writer and has facilitates workshops on Creative Codependence™ and relationships.
